Pia Anhede sem kenndi okkur Lean service game á síðasta lean ísland kemur aftur og núna ætlar hún að kenna marga litla leiki.
Námskeiðið er nk. fimmtudag og skráning er á www.leanisland.is/skraning. Hér er nánar um námskeiðið: One cannot become nor implement lean by playing games. But you can learn about lean thinking through games, simulations and exercises! By experimenting and quickly experience the effects of various way of working or tinking we create curiosity and new insights. A good game provides an experience-based learning, which is far superior to traditional lectures. Participants have the opportunity to not only learn about the specific lean methods and their relationship – they are also a platform for deeper discussions and reflections, which is a prerequisite for successful lean implementations. Games and simulations have been around a long time in training and education in the lean. One of the giants in the field is John Bicheno. He has over 20 years developed and refined games and simulations in lean, and recently he published the book “The Lean Games and Simulation Book”. During Lean Games Day we share practical games and exercises, both from John Bichenos experience from our own. Here are some examples of content:
Try many new games! This workshop is for you
